1. Capacity Development of Members

We conduct training sessions, work shops, and seminars to empower members including enhancing skills and knowledge in modern agricultural practices, sustainable farming, micro-enterprise,and business management. Through interactive learning environments, farmers are encouraged and enabled to embrace innovation, increase productivity, and achieve economic sustainability.Through regular training programmes, we also aim to enhance the internal capabilities, skills, and efficiency of the Board Members such as developing their leadership, administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the FPO to ensure its long-term sustainability and effectiveness.

2. Market Access and Linkages

We aim to empower farmers by providing them with improved access to markets, enabling fairer transactions, and enhancing their bargaining power by creating pathways for farmers to connect directly with various market players, such as retailers, processors, and exporters. This helps in enhancing the livelihoods of farmers and making agriculture a more sustainable and profitable venture and thus contribute to the overall economic development of the farming community.

3. Promotion of Agro-Industries

We actively promote the growth and transformation of agriculture, horticulture, forestry, and animal husbandry through the establishment and promotion of agro-industries. By participating in advanced technologies and sustainable practices, we aim to catalyze innovation, enhance productivity, and contribute to the economic development of rural communities. This commitment reflects our belief in the essential role of a modernized agricultural sector for sustainable growth or rural communities.

4. Credit and Financial Services to Members

In order to promote agro-industrial development, we provide credit to members and assist them in accessing credit and financial services from other sources. Through micro-loans, we aim to empower individuals in rural areas to engage in productive agricultural activities and micro-enterprises. Our financial services are custom-made to enhance and uplift farmers to promote livelihood activities, especially among women members. We believe that by investing in these initiatives, we not only stimulate economic growth but also contribute significantly to the overall well-being of farming communities.

5. Input Procurement and Distribution

Through input procurement and distribution, we aim to support farmers by ensuring the timely availability of high-quality agricultural inputs including seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides at reasonable costs as well as efficient distribution of these inputs to members.
